Refund Policy

payments1. Subscription and Payment Terms
All fees paid to HealthDolphin.ai are strictly non-refundable. Our services are provided on a "what you see is what you get" basis.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to evaluate the platform, its features, and its suitability for their clinic needs through available demos and consultations prior to committing to a subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have sufficiently reviewed the service and agree to these terms.
event_repeat2. Subscription Renewal and Cancellations
Subscriptions are set to automatic renewal by default to ensure uninterrupted service.
- ●Cancellation Procedure: Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via the customer's registered email address only. Oral cancellations or requests via other channels will not be recognized.
- ●Post-Cancellation: Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, HealthDolphin.ai will provide two (2) follow-up reminders regarding the status of the account and data access.
- ●No Partial Refunds: No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods, unused time, or inactive accounts, except in the case of confirmed and documented technical billing errors.
account_balance3. Taxes and Levies
All quoted fees and subscription costs are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, Sales and Service Tax (SST) where applicable. The customer shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
upgrade4. Plan Upgrades, Downgrades, and Transfers
Upgrades: Customers may upgrade their subscription plan at any time. The new rate will be applied immediately and prorated for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
Downgrades: Downgrade requests must be submitted in writing. While downgrades will be processed for the subsequent billing cycle, no partial refunds will be issued for the price difference during the current term.
Transfers: Subscriptions, licenses, and account credits are non-transferable. They cannot be moved, sold, or assigned to other accounts or legal entities.

This refund policy applies universally to all products, add-on modules, and services offered by HealthDolphin.ai. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
