2. User Obligations

To use HealthDolphin.ai, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensure that your use of the Service complies with all local clinical regulations and data protection laws (including PDPA).
• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

3. Service Limitations & Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, HealthDolphin.ai does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss of data or clinical operational delays during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen downtime.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of HealthDolphin.ai and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of HealthDolphin.ai.

You retain all rights to the patient data and clinic information you input into the system. However, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Data Security and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Service, you also agree to our Privacy Policy. We employ industry-standard encryption (AES-256) and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data.

6. Payment and Subscription

Fees for the Service are billed in advance on a subscription basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
